Discover the Power of Embodied Life Coaching

Embodied life coaching uses techniques from the Rubenfeld Synergy Method®, such as active listening, imagery and mindfulness, to help people reconnect to their bodies.

By listening to the stories held in the body, clients are able to access their innate wisdom and are supported in finding the answers they need within themselves in order to reach their goals. 

Individual Coaching

Individual coaching sessions take place via the zoom platform in a 1:1 format.

You will receive supportive facilitation from Margaret, who combines embodied life coaching and energy work to provide a gentle yet powerful process for creating change. Rate is $1080 for 12 sessions over three months.

Small Group Coaching

Similar to individual coaching, the small group format is more affordable and fosters the same kind of self-exploration as in the 1:1 coaching container, all while allowing for useful learning from other group members' processes.

Small group sessions consist of 2 to 4 participants at a time. Rate is $900 for 12 group sessions over three months.

Bach Flower Consultation 

The Bach Flower System of Healing is a complete system that harnesses the healing energy of 38 non-toxic flowers and plants to support the processing of human emotions.

The energy of the flowers is transferred to water via exposure to sunlight, and the energized water is then preserved by mixing with brandy. From there, the essences can be used either orally or topically to gently support the full range of human emotions.

Bach Flower consultation can be requested in conjunction with or independent of an embodied life coaching process. Independent session rate is $100 for 75 minutes.

Distance Reiki

Reiki is an ancient form of energy healing. The word 'Reiki' loosely translated means 'universal life force energy.'

This supportive healing energy can be transmitted via the practioner's hands to the client, and can also be transmitted over a distance via the practitioner's intention and the use of Reiki symbols.

Reiki energy is reported to provide relaxation, grounding, guidance, and support for self-care.

Distance Reiki can be requested in conjunction with or independent of an embodied life coaching process. Independent session rate is $80 for 50 minutes.
